Yogi Zen Dude

Yogi Zen Dude here, with my first post. Joshua, my 8 an 3/4 yrs old son is watching Hanna Montana right now while I am posting.

Last evening I went out to get some juice and organic bananas from Wholefoods Mart. First I drove on past it on Pacific Coast Hwy, and on down to Sunset Beach to walk on the beach and get a few picture’s. Above is some Cosmic Photo Art I did with one of the digital photographs, (I Love my Photoshop !). It is called, “Froth of Joy on Ocean of Compassion”. The name of the blog Yogi Zen Dude has some meaning to me. Dude, I am just another Soul on my Spiritual Path, sharing what I find with you. Yogi Zen, I am a yogi, practicing a form of Raga Yoga called Kryia Yoga, and who loves Lord Buddha too, and all Spiritual Truth, where ever I find it. So it is like an openness to Spiritual Truth from all Spiritual Paths.
