Fermented Veggies for Your Super Health !!!******

Made another batch of Fermented Veggies yesterday, after a trip to the Beach with Joshua, my son.

I learned about fermented veggies from my healer Beth-ellen Zang, (40+years of experience). A good friend of mine Alexander Morentin a Personal Trianer and Wholefood Expert, also confirmed the benifits of fermented veggies, (Al’s book, Better Living with Wholefoods) . Then I also just met Ela Corcoran MS LCH RSHom EFT-ADV, again a Big Affirmative on fermented veggies !

This is the first of some post I will be doing on Fermented Veggies !

Ingrediants in the fermented veggies I made yesterday:

1. Two colors of cabbage

2. Carrots 6-10

3. Onion 1 red

4. 7-8 Jalopinos

5. A chunk of Ginger

6. 7-10 Gloves of Garlic

7. Four Beets

8. Garlic Chili Sauce – Lots, 3/4’s of the bottle

9. Spices, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Red Pepper, Turmeric

Mix in Big pot, Stuff into a Jar. Put in Dark Cool place for 7 days. Take out and Eat, it is SOOOOO GOOD !!!******

Refridegerate.
