“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
Very Simple…Very Powerful…Something we can spend our entire live time practicing…Day in, day out, we have many situations to practice treating others as we would like to be treated.
Just How would we like to be treated in any given situation ?
How many times do we snap to habitual negative actions ?
Were we Compassionate ?
The more Loving and Kind we are with Ourself…the more Loving and Kind we will Be with Others =)
It starts with Us…no one else.
The more Loving and Kind we are with ourself, the more Peace we will know, the more Love we will Know, and Have to Give to others !!!****** =)
So in practicing loving kindness with ourself, we learn The Golden Rule =)
