As we practice Meditation daily and dive deeper and deeper into the Ocean of Peace & Love within, we experience that Peace & Love more and more in our outside world.
Make time to stop for even a few minutes here and there through your day to go within and be with God, and Know Love & Peace. You will find you experience more Love and Peace with Yourself and those around you.
In the Silence we find the Answers to All our Questions.The Presence of God is All Satisfying.
