Found this story in an email from Om Guru (Jambange), a friend of mine on a Facebook group called Bhagavad Gita - The Spiritual Song…

JAMBI and PENGI the Barber…….GOD Exist…a story…

Our JAMBI went to PENGI barber shop to get a hair cut.

They talked about many things and then they touched on the subject of God. PENGI barber said: “I think God does not exist”

“Why do you say that?”asked JAMBI.

PENGI barber replied “If God existed, there would be not be so much suffering or pain. I can’t imagine a God who would allow all these things to happen.”

JAMBI did not reply as he didn’t want an argument.

PENGI barber finished his job and JAMBI left the shop. Just outside, JAMBI saw a man in the street with long, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard.

JAMBI returned to the shop again and said to PENGI barber: “You know what? Barbers do not exist.”

“How can you say that?”asked the surprised PENGI. “I am a barber and I just cut your hair.

“No!” said JAMBI. “Barbers don’t exist because if they did, there would be no people with dirty long hair or untrimmed beards.

“Oh, but barbers do exist. What happens is, some people do not come to me.”….said PENGI barber.

“Exactly !” said JAMBI. “God DOES exist! What happens is, people don’t look for Him. That’s why there’s so much pain and suffering in the world.”

Meditation is for getting to Know God and ones self…It is thee most powerful form of action we can do…
