By finding the silence within, we can then hold any situation in that silence , bringing Light to it so we can see the positive and negative in it and choose the positive.

By going within we and holding a situation in the Light of Spirit we realize Divine Harmonious Thought, giving us a path of Light to walk, a path of Love…Peace and Ever New Joy.

The Light chases the darkness away. Where there is Light there can be no darkness.
