Questions to Help You Gain Clarity and Define Your Goals

1. If you decided to FULLY live your life, what’s the first change you would make. What would be a small step in that direction?

2. If you could change one thing about your life what would it be?

3. What could you work on now that would make the biggest difference to your life?

4. How would you feel about doubling that goal?

5. What are you tolerating/putting up with?

6. What do you want MORE of in your life? (make a list)

7. What do you want LESS of in your life? (make a list)

8. What are three things you are doing regularly that don’t serve to support you?

9. How would your life change if you accomplished all your goals?

10. If you knew there was absolutely no way you could fail what would you go do right now?

11. How can you change what you “don’t want” into what you “do want”? Think of what you can move towards rather than what to move away from.

14. What’s the one thing you would love to do before you die?

15. Is now the right time for you to make a commitment to achieving these goals?

Feeding our Mind

I woke up early this morning with this feel…idea, world of thought…about the importance of our thoughts…and the Importance of taking care of our Mind.

It came together more yesterday when I was reading again in The Master Key System, Part #15 drinking my Azul and gathering info…thoughts to share in the radio show – Spreading Peace with Sound Healing Radio Show, with The Peace Church. You can listen to it from here, Spreading Peace with Sound Healing Radio Show, 5-4-2009 =)

These are the words from another Mind, that of Charles Hannel, that have started shinning more brightly for me now.

“20. We know that the Universal Thought has for its goal the creation of form, and we know that the individual thought is likewise forever attempting to express itself in form, and we know that the word is a thought form, and a sentence is a combination of thought forms, therefore, if we wish our ideal to be beautiful or strong, we must see that the words out of which this temple will eventually be created are exact, that they are put together carefully, because accuracy in building words and sentences is the highest form of architecture in civilization and is a passport to success.

21. Words are thoughts and are therefore an invisible and invincible power which will finally objectify themselves in the form they are given.

16. We manifest more and more Life as our thought becomes clarified and takes higher planes. This is obtained with greater facility as we use word pictures that are clearly defined, and relieved of the conceptions attached to them on lower planes of thought.

17. It is with words that we must express our thoughts, and if we are to make use of higher forms of truth, we may use only such material as has been carefully and intelligently selected with this purpose in view.”

We manifest more and more Life as our thought becomes clarified and takes higher planes.

Ok, then what came to me with new Light is the importance of what we eat, which feeds our Minds…thus Raw Food & Superfoods. As one researches, you find out that man is a fruits and veggies eating life form, this is how our bodies our set up, are human form is designed for eating fruits and veggies, (Oh my God, where do I get my Protein)

By eating what our bodies are designed for, it takes much less energy for the body to process, use it. Plus our bodies are getting what they need. Our Mind is getting the food, the Energy it Needs, The Energy it Needs for Operating Fully. What would that be like ?

Green Smoothies are a simple step to geting more raw food.

It is only by eating this way that you will know a Higher Way of Energy.
When the body doesn’t have to use the energy to try to process dead food, cooked, processed, pasteurized food, it has more Energy for exploring our Infinite Spiritual World, Cosmic Consciousness =)

This happens Naturally. It is reported by people around the planet, that when they went Raw, they experienced a Deeper Spiritual Life.

Another Benefit in going Raw, How is Going Raw Vegan Going Green ?

We are Immortal, Infinite, All Powerful Divine Beings, made in our Fathers image…He…God, made us like Himself, we are his children.
Imagine that…Feel that…

So, the second part, which is most important, is meditation, diving within and Being with God each day, so we can gain a deeper awareness of who God is, (Love), and thus who we are, and all souls are…this Infinite Love we experience when we go within.

What would being in love this way, with all souls be like ?

Awakened One

The third part is our fitness, which gives us health, peace of mind and freedom of movement.

The grace of God is shown in giving us more than one lifetime to master this…ha ha…LOL…Thank you God…I Love you man !!!****** =)

So, each step we take in this direction is Very Valuable !!!****** =)

We manifest more and more “Life” as our thought becomes clarified and takes higher planes.

More Life…Hmmm…pondering that =)

What will these Higher Realms of Life, Consciousness be like ?
What are our higher thoughts, ideals ?
What is a Full Expression of Love ?

One step at a time…one day at a time…we will know the answer more fully =)
