What happens when we get Mad…we loose Our Peace of Mind =(

Being Mad Feels Very Powerful.

But is it any fun ?

Does it Really get us what we want, or does it just Generate More Anger ?

As soon as we get mad, we Loose !

We have lost our Peace of Mind. We have accepted a believe that something is lost or can not be fixed. We feel Overwhelmed and Hopeless. We have lost sight of Our Infinite Ability as an All Powerful Divine Soul.

As we let go of the anger, so that we can Gain Divine Understanding, we begin to receive Divine Guidance to remedy the situation. We regain more of our Peace of Mind. In that Peace there is Freedom and All the Answers we need.

All the Answers that are Not Available to us when we are Mad.

So, when we get mad or sad, we want to Stop and Feel for Our Infinite Possibilities as a Divine Soul.

Realizing how Bad we Feel when we are Mad, will help us Stop, so we can find our Peace of Mind again, by Diving into Spirit.

Remember…as soon as we get Mad, we have Lost.

As soon as we Let Go of our Anger and Dive into Spirit for Answers, we Win !!!******  =)

Each time we do this, we become More Powerful !

We step further into Living More Fully and Consciously in Spirit. Knowing More Freedom and Peace of Mind !!!******  =)

One day at a time, one situation at a time, up the Mountain of Spiritual Enlightenment we climb =)

Living in Spirit…Knowing Ever New Bliss !!!****** =)

I was going to get a picture of Buddha for this, but saw this one, and I LOVE racing, and this shows an Intense Concentration, with Joy.

I find that no mater where we are on our …developing more Concentration, will take us deeper.

So I am going to be doing more to develop mine. It is Valuable in as well many other areas of our lives.

The second audio is another audio by Gil Fronsdal on Awakening, that I feel goes along with this subject of Concentration very well.

THE WORM Ajahn Brahmavamso, from. A view on Buddhism.

There is a wonderful little story about two monks who lived together in a monastery for many years; they were great friends. Then they died within a few months of one another. One of them got reborn in the heaven realms, the other monk got reborn as a worm in a dung pile. The one up in the heaven realms was having a wonderful time, enjoying all the heavenly pleasures. But he started thinking about his friend, “I wonder where my old mate has gone?” So he scanned all of the heaven realms, but could not find a trace of his friend. Then he scanned the realm of human beings, but he could not see any trace of his friend there, so he looked in the realm of animals and then of insects. Finally he found him, reborn as a worm in a dung pile… Wow! He thought: “I am going to help my friend. I am going to go down there to that dung pile and take him up to the heavenly realm so he too can enjoy the heavenly pleasures and bliss of living in these wonderful realms.”
So he went down to the dung pile and called his mate. And the little worm wriggled out and said: “Who are you?”, “I am your friend. We used to be monks together in a past life, and I have come up to take you to the heaven realms where life is wonderful and blissful.” But the worm said: “Go away, get lost!” “But I am your friend, and I live in the heaven realms,” and he described the heaven realms to him. But the worm said: “No thank you, I am quite happy here in my dung pile. Please go away.” Then the heavenly being thought: “Well if I could only just grab hold of him and take him up to the heaven realms, he could see for himself.” So he grabbed hold of the worm and started tugging at him; and the harder he tugged, the harder that worm clung to his pile of dung.

Do you get the moral of the story? How many of us are attached to our pile of dung?

He is such a God Loving and Loving Soul =)
