Wow…I LOVE Green Smoothies…Just finished sipping on my Green Smoothie from this morning, 2:30 PM now, along with having my FrequenSea and ElectriFire…Ha Ha….I am one Healthy, Happy Yogi Zen Dude…Living the Rawlific Raw Lifestyle !!!****** =)

My Daily Green Drinks – Raw Smoothies, Oh Yea, I LOVE them !!!****** =)

I LOVE my Raw Food Smoothies !!!****** =)

Here is how my morning starts:

First thing in the morning I have my FrequenSea, (marine phytoplankton), the #1 Superfood !!!****** =)

Then I have my Bragg’s drink. Braggs Raw – Unfiltered – Organic – Apple Cider Vinegar.

1-2 teaspoons with water or juice, 3 times a day.

I get it at Wholefoods for about $5.00 for 32 ounces. It last me at least a month.

Then after my meditation I start to feel hungry and fix my first Raw Food Smoothie for the day.

Today in my Raw Food Smoothie, I used:

1. Handfull of Spinach

2. 2 Bananas

3. Chopped up about four tablespoon fulls of Wheatgrass.

4. 12-15 Almonds – sprouted – soaked over night.

5. 2 Sea Vegetables

a. Dolse

b. Pacific Wakame

6. Aloe Vera Juice

7. 2 Juices – I get mine at Trader Joe’s

a. Lemon Ginger Echinacea

b. Cherry Cider

These Smoothies are Nutrient Dence Raw Food that is giving your body what it wants and needs. I feel Pulsating with Energy from drinking these. My body LOVES them !!!****** =)

And they taste WONDERFUL !!!****** =)

They are So Packed with GOOD Stuff, (technical term), that I am full after drinking half of one of these. So, I add some more juice, shake it up, and put it in the fridge to sip on through the day. Or to take with me if I went out. Or, you could just add more of the above ingredients to it later in the day, when you are ready for another one.

I have found that 2 of these a day, along with a salad here, an apple there, a carrot there…and I am Very Happily Satisfied !!!****** =)

Oh, since my blender doesn’t get everything totally chopped up, there are pieces of banana, almond, blueberry, sea vegetables to chew on, satisfying a need to chew on something when I eat.
