Structured Water Recipe…In 64 Ounce Mason Jar
1 Tablespoon Ginger
1 Tablespoon Garlic
4-5 Tablespoons of Honey
3 Shakes of Cayenne
3 Shakes of Turmeric
My goal is to drink two of these a day.
Generally I drink this structured water throughout the day…
then an evening meal of greens, carrots and a raw bean salad I make.
