For all my post on “The Forty Day Plan“.
A Recommended Plan in following The Forty Day Plan.
Note —> This is my effort to simplify the post for each of the forty days of the plan. You will see a link for A Recommended Plan in following The Forty Day Plan, on each of the post for the forty day plan.
1. A, I am Grateful List.
Something I am recommending to add to this daily exercise is doing a List of 10 to 25 things you are Grateful for. Got the idea from Karen Schaefer, my friend who shared The Forty Day Plan and The Abundance Book with me. She is doing her forty day plan like this with a list of 25 things she is grateful for. I thought this was a Wonderful idea, so I added it to what I am doing and suggesting it for you too.

As you know feeling Grateful feels Great, and it attracts more experiences of Joy to us.

A Twist on this, you can do too, that I learned from Karen is, writing down that you are Grateful for something you want, as though you have it already. Like it could be, I am Grateful for Peace, Harmony and Joy at Home and Work. Keep doing it and watch the Miracles Happen !!!******

2. I am going to repeat here the opening statement that we write down in our journal, for us to read out loud each day, since it is through repetition that we learn, thus the countless lifetimes we have lived so far.

“This day, (Today’s Date m/d/y), I cease believing in visible money as my supply and my support, and I view the world of effect as it truly is… simply an out-picturing of my former beliefs. I believed in the power of money, therefore I surrendered my God-given power and authority to an objectified belief. I believed in the possibility of lack, thus causing a separation in consciousness from the Source of my supply. I believed in mortal man and carnal conditions, and through this faith gave man and conditions power over me. I believed in the mortal illusion created by the collective consciousness of error thoughts, and in doing so, I have limited the Unlimited. No more! Today, this day, I renounce my so-called human-hood and claim my divine inheritance as a Be-ing of God. This day I acknowledge God and only God as my substance, my supply and my support”.

3. Suggestions…

—> To help make this more a part of your day, I suggest reading your daily statement out loud 3 -5 times in the morning & evening. Then make time to read it several times through your day, write it down and take it with you, then read it again before you go to bed, then it will be in your subconscious mind more working for you. Also, reading the main statement above each day, reading it out loud, will help you program your mind your focus.

—> After reading the daily statement- either upon rising or before going to bed in the evening - meditate on it for at 15 minutes, focusing on each idea in the statement with great thoughtfulness and feeling - letting the ideas fill your consciousness.

—> Following each meditation period, write down in your journal the thoughts that come to you. Be sure to do this daily.

—> Each day, make a list of 10 -25 things you are grateful for.
